Yasser Badri, Monday 3-20-2022 Dr. Talaat Abdel -Qawi, President of the General Union of NGOs, said that a supreme committee will coordinate civil work according to what was stipulated in the Charter of the National Development National Action, which was signed yesterday, Sunday, indicating that the charter comes within the target of the Egyptian state to achieve Egypt's 2030 vision. He added in his dialogue with the "Good Morning Egypt" program, which is shown on Channel One, the presentation of the media, Ahmed Abdel Samad and Jumana Maher: "A decent life institution has a set of statistics and numbers that explain the needs of villages and regions so that the work does not suffer from randomness." The President of the General Union of NGOs continued, that the charter guarantees the participation of NGOs in presidential initiatives such as "a decent life", stressing that the government will not work alone and will not be the only source of financing initiatives, and the private sector will be a partner, as well as the private sector. And he added, that the Ministry of Social Solidarity has a complete database regarding the most needy villages and groups, and a decent Hayat Foundation offered, yesterday, all that the targeted villages need from the initiative, to determine the jurisprudence of priorities, pointing out that the poverty rate in some areas of Upper Egypt reaches 70%.
